Regular Returns

Products can be returned without reason within fourteen (14) days for a full refund of the purchase price by withdrawing from the agreement you entered with Vain Villain. In this case, however, the costs for returning products will be on your behalf, with the exception of damaged parcels or parcels containing damaged products.

Products must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached. Returned products that show any signs of use or wear and tear or are damaged in any way may be rejected and may be sent back to the client.

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged Vain Villain packaging. All parts of the original packaging such as, but not limited to, wrapping paper, belts and dust bags, must also be included with the return.

All shoes must be returned with unmarked soles and in their original, undamaged shoe box.

All jeans, pants, sweatpants, trousers, skirts, leggins, briefs and all swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

Unfortunately, undergarments can only be returned if kept in their sealed packaging. Undergarments that have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Returns that do not comply with any of Vain Villains guidelines and requirements may not be accepted and may be returned to the client.

Faulty Products

Products are determined to be faulty if they have been received damaged by the customer, or when a manufacturing defect arises within 2 years after receipt. You should notify Vain Villain promptly about any faulty product as You may be entitled to have the faulty product replaced or refunded if all applicable requirements have been met. The cost for sending faulty products back will be on Vain Villains behalf if the return meets all applicable requirements.

Once your return has been checked, processed and validated you will be notified by e-mail. If all applicable requirements have been met, a refund will be issued to payment method used to place the order. Refunds can take up to ten (10) working days or more to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Products purchased from a physical store cannot be returned via the Vain Villain website, and vice versa.
